Dear Mr. Bathtub,
My charming husband and I do so appreciate the fact that you provide us with clean water each morning so we can take a shower! We have done a lot for you; we clean you when you are dirty and give you some acid to eat when your drains are not working. We have even hired a plumber to come to our house to take care of you when you're sick. When you give us a hard time, we really try to be patient but, this time you have gone a little too far!!
This morning Chris tried to give you some acid to eat to help you clean all of the gunk out of your pipes since you've had a hard time (yet again) draining lately. All he did was try to help you! But no, what did you do...you decided to give our kitchen a shower instead! We do NOT appreciate your pipes leaking and creating a waterfall in out kitchen! Our windows got wet, out stove got wet, and out cabinets and counter tops were soaked! You're so lucky out microwave didn't short out or you'd be in BIG trouble.
Because of your rotten behavior and lack of gratitude for all we do for you, Chris and I have come to the conclusion that we're going to have to replace you and your pipes! Now, we are NOT happy about this any more than you are! But, we have no other choice.
Maybe next time you should think twice before you display such rotten behavior!
Oh yeah, our house now smells like sulfuric acid thanks to you!
Signed,
Mrs. Wet and Annoyed!
Please pray for my ever so patient and right now VERY frustrated husband has he tackles not only the basement...but now our bathtub. What a way to spend your vacation! :(

I am glad that you took to this situation with a funny perspective! :) That has to be terrible though. What a mess! I hope everything goes well in the clean up.
